A graduate of
DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law, Ms. Mannweiler practices in the areas of health care, human services and governmental relations. Ms. Mannweiler previously served for four years as the Executive Assistant for Health and Human Services to the Governor of Indiana and also served for six years as the Supervising Deputy Prosecutor of the Child Support Division in Marion County, Indiana, where her program won national recognition for its reorganization and twelvefold increase in child support collections. She devotes a part of her practice to representing health care providers in Medicaid reimbursement issues, with particular concentration in Medicaid reimbursement for mental health providers and hospitals serving disproportionate numbers of low-income and uninsured patients.
