Mr. Tomlin is a graduate of Indiana University and its Law School .  He is also a graduate of Webster University where he received his Master of Arts Degree in Management.  Mr. Tomlin concentrates his practice in the area of financial institutions and general corporate law.   He has represented banks, bank holding companies and other corporations in a broad range of transactions including numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
