Ms. Bolling's practice is concentrated in the area of public finance. In the practice of public finance, Ms. Bolling acts as bond counsel, bank counsel and/or underwriter's counsel in a wide variety of bond issues including traditional general obligation bonds, economic development revenue bonds, school building corporation lease/rental bonds and municipal lease/rental bonds.
