Joshua Hague joined Krieg DeVault LLP in 2001 after practicing as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office. As a Deputy Prosecutor, Mr. Hague has first-chair trial experience protecting the rights of domestic abuse victims and prosecuting drunk drivers.
Mr. Hague's current legal practice is devoted primarily to commercial litigation and the defense of major manufacturers in product liability cases. Mr. Hague has extensive experience defending clients in cases involving tires, automotive products and heavy machinery. He has experience representing small and large businesses in both state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies. During his career, Mr. Hague has tried over 30 cases to verdict. Mr. Hague also represents clients in preliminary injunction proceedings concerning enforcement of covenants not-to-compete and trade secrets. Mr. Hague counsels clients on their hiring and firing practices, the development of effective employee handbooks and preparing employment agreements.
Mr. Hague graduated from Indiana University in 1994 with degrees in History and Political Science and graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 1998.
