Mr. Hittinger received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating with high distinction. As a Certified Public Accountant since 1986, he worked for a number of years as a tax attorney for a nationally known accounting firm.

Mr. Hittinger's practice is focused in the areas of general corporate, business and estate planning/probate and commercial lending matters. He frequently lectures on the topics of limited liability companies and estate planning.  Licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois ,

Mr. Hittinger is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants , Indiana CPA Society, Lake and Porter County, Indiana and Illinois State , and American Bar Associations.
