Mr. Small graduated in 1997 from the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in geology and a minor in environmental studies. In 2001, he graduated from the Indiana University School of Law, where he was a member of the Business and Law Society and worked for Legal Aid of Bloomington.
Mr. Small's practice emphasizes corporate and commercial litigation. Even though his practice encompasses a multitude of areas, Mr. Small devotes much of his time to the areas of product liability defense, eminent domain, condemnation, appellate practice, financial intuitions and class action defense. Mr. Small has both federal and state trial experience as well as arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Small has extensive appellate practice experience before the Seventh Circuit, Indiana Supreme Court, and Indiana Court of Appeals. He has also prepared amicus flings.
Mr. Small is licensed to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern District and Southern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
