Ms. Debra Mastrian concentrates her practice in the area of employment law and civil litigation, including commercial, corporate, employment, insurance and tort litigation.  She has experience with jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals, encompassing a wide range of litigation areas.  Ms. Mastrian has authored numerous appellate briefs and has been counsel of record in a number of published opinions.  Further, she has presented oral argument to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Mastrian graduated summa cum laude from Franklin College with a B.A. in Political Science.  At Franklin College, she was a recipient of scholar athlete awards as well as other honors for academic achievement.  She received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, summa cum laude, in 1994 from Valparaiso School of Law.   She was a member of the Valparaiso Law Review.
