Mr. Long has over 20 years of experience in private practice after graduating summa cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1983. Mr. Long conducts complex and multi-faceted real estate transactions. His representation includes developers of commercial properties, such as office buildings, retail stores and industrial parks, as well as residential developers who deal with subdivisions and undeveloped land. Mr. Long works in all aspects of real estate encompassing strategic planning, acquisition of property, arrangement and negotiation of financing, zoning and like-kind exchanges. In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Long represents commercial and real estate lending institutions and is involved with business organization planning, including the formation of limited liability companies.
Mr. Long is involved in community and charitable activities and currently serves as board member and President of United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Indiana, Inc., a
United Way agency.
