Mr. Motsinger concentrates his practice in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial law. He chairs the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group, and is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, on whose board of directors Mr. Motsinger serves as Treasurer. He has represented creditors, debtors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation and in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States, in matters varying from individual bankruptcies to corporate reorganizations on a national scale. Mr. Motsinger is admitted to practice in Indiana, Florida and California, and practiced for four years in San Francisco . He served as a judicial clerk to U.S. District Judge James Lawrence King in Miami, Florida, and as a judicial intern and research assistant to the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Motsinger serves on boards and committees of various civic and professional organizations. He is a 1982 cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, and a 1979 summa cum laude graduate (as co-valedictorian) of Hillsdale College (Hillsdale, Michigan).
