Mr. Buroker is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law. He has also studied at the University of London and Georgetown University. Mr. Buroker concentrates his practice in commercial and real estate finance, real estate transactions, financial institutions, and environmental law. He has advised clients in public debt and equity offerings, complex real estate leasing and ownership transactions and mergers and other corporate reorganizations. He has published articles and presented at numerous seminars on finance, closings, documentation drafting, title insurance, surveys, planning and zoning, development, annexation, and environmental issues. He provides pro bono legal services through the Community Organizations Legal Assistance Project and is active in a number of community, political and charitable activities.
