Prior to joining Krieg DeVault's governmental affairs team, Ms. Flack served as the Governor's Deputy Legislative Director from September 2003 to June 2004. In that role, she negotiated legislation on behalf of the Governor with House and Senate leadership, approved all agency legislation and made recommendations to the Governor. Ms. Flack also reviewed and approved testimony of all executive branch agencies prior to committee testimony. Prior to this role, she served two years on Governor O'Bannon's legislative staff and three and a half years on the Indiana House of Representatives Democrat Staff.
Ms. Flack graduated with a B.S. from Indiana University and a Masters of Public Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Ms. Flack has over seven years of government experience serving both the executive and legislative branches.
